You can ask for your Ronda account to be deleted at any time.
How
Send an email to support@playronda.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We may ask you to confirm before deleting.
Your account is deleted within 30 days, usually much sooner, and we reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email address and password).
- Your profile: username, profile picture, XP, rank and statistics.
- Your place on the leaderboard.
What may be kept
Reports and bans that involve your account may be kept up to two years to keep the game safe; crash reports, which are not tied to your email, expire after 90 days. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
