This policy explains what the Ronda mobile game ("Ronda", "we") collects when you play, and what you can do about it. Ronda is published by Birmila.
What we collect
- Your account: email address and password (the password is stored hashed by Firebase Authentication; we never see it).
- Your profile: the username and profile picture you choose, your XP, rank, wins and other game statistics, and your position on the leaderboard.
- Games: the moves of the games you play, kept only while the game runs, so that you can rejoin after a disconnection.
- Reports: when you report a player, the names of both players, your comment and the game it happened in.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage events (screens opened, games played), with your device model and system version.
- Advertising: an advertising identifier and the consent choices you make in the ads consent form.
Why
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To run online games, rankings and spectating.
- To keep the game fair and safe: handle reports and ban players who break the rules.
- To fix crashes and improve the game.
- To show ads between games, which keep Ronda free. Ads are personalized only if you agree to it in the consent form.
Who processes it
We use these services, each under its own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config).
- Unity Gaming Services (player sign-in, Cloud Save, Leaderboards, Lobby, Matchmaker).
- Hetzner Online, Germany: our game servers.
- Google AdMob: ads, with Google's consent form (UMP).
- Cloudflare: this website and its links.
We do not sell your personal data.
What other players see
Your username, profile picture, rank and statistics are visible to other players, in games, on the leaderboard and to spectators of your games. Your email address is never shown.
How long we keep it
Your account and profile are kept until you delete your account. Running games are deleted when they end. Reports and bans are kept as long as needed to keep the game safe, at most two years. Crash reports are kept 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to support@playronda.com. To delete your account, see the account deletion page. You can change your ads consent at any time from the game's settings or your phone's privacy settings.
Children
Ronda is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to our servers and admin tools is limited to the people who run the game.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and its date. Important changes are also announced in the app.
