By creating an account or playing Ronda you accept these terms. Ronda is published by Birmila.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Give a real email address you can access, keep your password to yourself, and keep one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Fair play and respect
Do not:
- pick an offensive, hateful or impersonating username or profile;
- insult, threaten or harass other players;
- cheat, collude with opponents, use bots or modified apps, or exploit bugs;
- disrupt the servers or try to access other players' accounts.
Players can report each other from the game. We may warn, suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules, and rename an inappropriate username.
No real money
Ronda is a game of skill and chance played for fun. Points, XP and ranks have no money value, cannot be exchanged, and must not be used for betting.
Ads
Ronda is free and shows ads between games. Ad content comes from Google AdMob's advertisers, not from us.
The service
We work to keep Ronda online and fair, but the game is provided as is: it may change, be interrupted, or have bugs. We may update the rules of the app, reset rankings or seasons, or end the service, and will try to warn players in advance.
Ownership
The app, its art, sounds and code belong to its developer. You may not copy, resell or modify them. Ronda itself is a traditional game that belongs to everyone.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, or problems caused by your device, network or third-party services.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page). We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above changes and important changes are announced in the app. Moroccan law applies, without taking away the protections of the law of the country you live in.
